AT Roca is a family-run project focused on expressing the limestone soils of the Penedès through organic viticulture and precise winemaking. Founded by Agustí Torelló Roca, the winery is dedicated to elegance, balance, and a strong sense of place.
All vineyards are farmed organically, with particular attention to soil health and biodiversity. Indigenous varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada are central to production.
